Below are some description of the logo design:-

I am using mixed letter case in order to show flexibility.

- baby blue become the dominant color to show the calmness yet proactive as such the organization itself.

- the book and the feather pen is the most significant items referred to secretary.

- i've proposed to put the illustration on right side after measured the balance of the proportion with the typography to the logo.
